LONDON: A British court on Thursday cleared the decks for fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi s extradition to India, accepting prima facie that he defrauded Punjab National Bank (PNB) of Rs 6,498 crore, laundered the proceeds and interfered with witnesses and evidence.
