Brexit: What will change from January 1? (PA) As 2020 draws to a close, so too will the Brexit transition period as major changes will kick in as the United Kingdom leave the EU. Although the UK officially left the EU in January 2020 the post Brexit transition period has meant most existing have remained in place thoughout the past 12 months.
