A Plymouth woman has shared how an amazing local organisation has made her a stronger person after she experienced a domestic abuse relationship.
The woman wishes to remain anonymous so PlymouthLive has chosen to refer to her as Susan throughout this article.
Susan says she had a history of bad relationships which involved physical, mental and financial abuse.

Two Cornish lettings companies are donating funds in order to help give back to the local community. Local cottage letting companies Cornish Horizons and St Ives Holidays, part of the Original Cottages family, will be aiding communities in Cornwall by donating funds for every booking made from February until Wednesday March 21 to the charity UK Community Foundations (UKCF). The lettings companies will donate for every booking they receive to UKCF in order to help tackle some of the biggest issues impacting families and communities in the local area. Throughout Cornwall, the funds raised from bookings of local properties will help to support local projects such as helping young families encountering financial hardship or women and girls to fulfil their potential and help their community grow stronger.
