Renowned Malawi afro-beat artists, Faith Mussa has been selected to perform at this year’s virtual Youth Forum for the United Nations Special Session of the General Assembly (UNGASS).
Themed, ‘Countering Corruption through Collaboration: Youth Perspectives and Engagement’ the youth forum will discuss challenges and measures to prevent and combat corruption and strengthen international cooperation.
Writing on his Facebook wall, Mussa expressed his excitement about the development.

The Youth Forum is scheduled to start from 24 to 26 May at the UN headquarters in New York which has been organised by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) which has invited young people to jointly share their experiences, ideas and creativity about how to curb corruption, thereby advancing young people’s contributions to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG

UNAIDS
The Union for HIV Prevention and Harm Reduction is a nongovernmental organization located in Balti, in the Republic of Moldova. It provides integrated services to people who use drugs and other affected populations throughout the north of the country.
Each year, more than 3000 people benefit from its services, which including mobile testing for HIV, sexually transmitted infections and hepatitis, harm reduction services, including a needle-syringe programme, the distribution of condoms and psychological and social support. The organization’s outreach and medical workers work closely with state clinics and hospital departments that offer opioid substitution therapy to people who use drugs.

1. Introduction
The
Southern African Migration Management (SAMM) Project, funded by the European Commission, is a four-year project to improve migration management in the Southern African and Indian Ocean region. The SAMM Project is implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in collaboration with the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
The specific objectives (SO) and key results areas (KRA) of the project are as follows:
