BEIJING, May 28 (Xinhua) A special Chinese envoy Thursday published an article on the situation between Palestine and Israel, calling for a resolution to the conflict as soon as possible and urging relevant parties to push forward the two-state solution. Zhai Jun, the special envoy of the Chinese government on the Middle East issue, published the article titled Two-state solution is only way forward in Middle East on China Daily Global, presenting China s position on and propositions concerning the Palestine-Israel issue. As history repeats itself in a tragic way and the deep-seated Palestine-Israel conflict raises alarms across the world again, the international community is obliged to guard peace and stop the tragic cycle of violence in the Middle East, China Daily Global quoted the article.
