Entrepreneurs have been urged to properly manage their cash flows so as to survive in this volatile environment characterized by depressed consumer demand caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, writes ERNEST JJINGO.
Charles Ocici, the Enterprise Uganda executive director, said that businesses need to keenly watch their cash flows than ever before to ensure that their businesses remain in a healthy position.
“Analyze and see what you could do to improve sales which is the key source of cash flow. But as revenues come in, look at the outflows too; manage them well so that you balance inflows with the outflows. Do away with all sorts of luxuries,” Ocici said.
