When Australian junior Piedmont Lithium (ASX: PLL) announced in September that it signed a five-year deal to supply Tesla with spodumene concentrate from its eponymous lithium project in North Carolina, its stock surged almost 84% in one day – and its market capitalization now sits at over $1.2 billion.

The Army Wants To Pay You to Stomach MREs in the Name of Science
Oh, yes. I am so all for this. As the child of a former member of the United States Army who will proudly admit to having eaten her fair share of MREs and okra and whatever else my dad would challenge me to eat, I am for this all the way.
I vividly remember when my dad would talk about those who were not part of the military family and he would call them civilians. And, I remember all the times my dad and his buddies would bring home mysterious looking green metal containers and tan-colored packages filled with food that smelled anything but appetizing and how they d joke about how big, bad, and tough they were for being able to stomach the contents of their tins and packets and how civilians would turn up their nose and turn down bets to try the stuff.
Southeast Alaskans Respond to Report Posted & Edited By MARY KAUFFMAN - According to British Columbia and Alaska s Bilateral Working Group, the four-year effort between B.C. and Alaska to examine water quality in the Stikine, Taku, and Unuk transboundary watersheds brought together government agencies, Indigenous Nations, industry, and the public to ensure the environmental, cultural, and economic values of these rivers are protected. This program has been an extraordinary partnership of many dedicated and knowledgeable people, and is a great example of what can be achieved when we work together, said George Heyman, B.C. s Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy. Water and wildlife don t recognize borders, and so it s up to all of us to protect our critical and priceless watersheds regardless of jurisdiction.
