Online speech is protected speech. If that’s news to you, no worries because based on the extent of news reporting, that’s news to almost the entire news industry as well. The arguments in support of selective online censorship have progressed to the stage where many, who are supportive of the censorship are now suggesting censorship arguments don’t apply to online speech because the companies censoring are private companies and thus have a right to. Except they don’t and those arguing the false narrative are ironically using their protected speech to attempt to eradicate the protected speech of others. That’s because online speech IS protected speech. And that’s demonstrable because of.

The shocking mob violence in Washington D.C. on Jan. 6 directly challenges the fundamental nature of our governmental institutions, political practices and the stability of our society. The criminal acts capped weeks of extreme, provocative, incendiary rhetoric from President Donald Trump, denouncing his defeat in the November presidential election as the result of an allegedly rigged, corrupt voting process.
There can be no serious doubt that Trump incited the riot. Meanwhile, numerous lawsuits protesting the election loss as the result of a corrupt election process have gone nowhere. Courts have uniformly rejected them. This includes the United States Supreme Court as well as numerous state courts.

On Monday, the Supreme Court dismissed the case based on another occurrence, which decided in criminal cases, non-unanimous verdicts are unconstitutional.

People Magazine, Hayes fatally shot Smith in April 2016. Hayes initially faced murder charges and attempted murder charges because he also shot Will’s wife,
Raquel, but she survived. After a week-long trial, he was charged with manslaughter for shooting Smith and attempted manslaughter for Raquel.

The Trump administration has has executed
Lisa M. Montgomery, the only woman on federal death row, just days before the United States will swear in its first woman Vice President. Montgomery was the first woman to be executed by the U.S. in several decades.

Although federal appeals courts had put Montgomery’s execution on hold, the United States Supreme Court issued a series of brief, unsigned orders, that reversed the lower rulings and allowed the execution to take place.
