USA – -(AmmoLand.com)- The Republic is in real trouble, what looks like the possibility of a Biden Presidency, unless the courts intervene or President Trump takes extraordinary action, is upon us. What’s worse is the thought of the Democrats getting control of all of the legislative and executive branches of the Federal Government is a very real threat. In January, the Senate will be up for grabs with the run-off election in Georgia.

President Donald Trump has filed a direct appeal with the US Supreme Court asking it to overturn three Pennsylvania Supreme Court decisions about counting ballots.
He lost the election to President-elect Joe Biden more than a month ago.
The Supreme Court has already rejected challenges to the election, and none of the 40 or so election lawsuits Trump and his allies have filed have succeeded.
President Donald Trump has launched yet another legal challenge to the election he lost more than a month ago, asking the US Supreme Court to invalidate three rulings from the Pennsylvania state Supreme Court over election laws.

President Donald Trump and his campaign filed a petition on Sunday to the United States Supreme Court to review and reverse a trio of decision.
Politico reported that the president s legal team filed the petition asking the Supreme Court to reverse its several decisions from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Newsmax noted.
The decisions mentioned in petition include mail-in ballot declarations, Election Day observation and signature verification. The Trump campaign are also asking SCOTUS to let the Pennsylvania General Assembly to choose its own electors.
John Eastman, Trump s attorney, explained the petition for the Donald J. Trump for President v. Kathy Boockvar, Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania case.

The Trump campaign today filed a petition with the United States Supreme Court to have three Pennsylvania supreme court cases overturned. It’s the FIRST filing to the highest court by the campaign independently.
The press release, that went out under Rudy Giuliani’s name a short time ago, explains the intent of the 250+ page filing.
