Four Filipino cadets of the prestigious United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) will temporarily be lodged aboard Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) vessels as their post-graduation assignments.
First-class cadets Genison Basilio, Eric Joseph Noble, Daisy Anne Atayan, and Dianne Shaira Basuel will commence their Coast Guard service in the Philippine waters in May 2021.

In a statement, the PCG said the cadets will be working towards the “advancement of maritime law enforcement, maritime security, maritime safety, maritime search and rescue, and marine environmental protection.”

CONNECTICUT The Princeton Review has released its annual list of the country s best colleges. The 2021 list, which features 386 schools, includes 7 in Connecticut.
The colleges were selected based on our high opinion of their academics, the Princeton Review said in announcing its newest list. The organization says it monitors colleges continuously and annually to collect data on more than 2,000 schools.
In determining the best, The Princeton Review says it also visits schools, and communicates with hundreds of college administrators in compiling its assessment.
