What To Do With IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley?

The Wrestling Inc. Daily podcast, Wrestling Inc. Managing Editor Nick Hausman sat down with Wrestling Inc.’s own Jesse Collings to look back at NJPW’s 2020. During their chat they discussed AEW star Jon Moxley’s current status as the IWGP United States Champion. Collings tied Moxley’s reign into how the pandemic has effected NJPW in 2020.
“Like every company, New Japan had to make adjustments to the pandemic, and New Japan had a very, just overall, different 2020, I think, compared to years in the past,” Collings said. “And it’s kind of up for debate amongst fans whether those changes were because of the pandemic or those changes were because this is what was planned all along, and we don’t really know that. KENTA will defend his right to challenge contract for the IWGP United States Championship against Juice Robinson at Wrestle Kingdom 15.
KENTA said during today s Road to Tokyo Dome show that he accepted Robinson s challenge for the match. Robinson proposed the bout in backstage comments after yesterday s Road to Tokyo Dome show.
KENTA had originally stated in post-match comments both yesterday and today that he does not want the match with Robinson, and is only interested in facing the United States Champion, Jon Moxley.
KENTA clarified in his backstage promo today that he sees the match with Robinson as an opportunity to face the fans in a match, according to NJPW commentator Chris Charlton s translation.
WWE s Ricochet has had a difficult 2020 in regard to his performances, and the
Monday Night Raw superstar has been vocal about his unhappiness with his current position in the sports entertainment company. Speaking on the latest episode of
Raw Talk, by way of
WrestlingNews.co, the former United States Champion said that something has got to change moving forward.
Ricochet was being interviewed following yet another loss on the latest episode of the red brand s weekly television show, this time to Retribution s T-Bar. According to the high-flyer, he s tired of putting other wrestlers over while they climb up the ladder and he continues to take pins every night.
WWE s Andrade Shares Picture Of Him In Bed With Charlotte Flair
WWE superstar Andrade took to Twitter on Sunday and shared a picture of himself in bed with his fiance, Charlotte Flair, much to the delight of his 223,000 followers.
The photo, which was black and white, depicted the 12-time former Women s Champion out for the count on the pillow, oblivious to the fact her husband-to-be had the camera focused on her. The Queen lay on her stomach under white sheets with her sleepy head resting against her hand. She also wore some jewelery for the occasion, including large hooped earrings, bracelets and a ring.

The show ended with AJ climbing the ladder to grab the WWE Title. MVP enjoys seeing Drew get beat down and while he isn’t fond of him, he does respect Drew.
