Nicole Mitchell. According to information presented in court, on June 2, 2020, Gipson arranged for the purchase of a 9mm pistol. Six days later Gipson took possession of the firearm. Gipson, having been previously convicted of murder, robbery and theft, was prohibited by law from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition.

Ganjei this week. Eric Cadell Gipson, 56, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm this week before United States Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell. According to information presented in court, on June 2, 2020, Gipson, a convicted felon, arranged for the purchase of 9mm pistol.  Six days later, on June 8, 2020, Gipson took possession of the firearm.  Gipson, having been previously convicted of murder, robbery and theft, was prohibited by law from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition.
