Zak Brown wants a third US race, keen on Indianapolis

For the 2022 season there will be at least once race in the United States after the Miami Grand Prix was confirmed in a 10-year deal, but the COTA contract expires at the end of 2021.

Formula One adds inaugural Miami Grand Prix to 2022 calendar

Formula One is headed to a new destination from 2022 after announcing a 10-year deal with the city of Miami to host a Grand Prix at the Hard Rock Stadium complex in Miami Gardens. The circuit will surround the stadium that plays host to the Miami Dolphins American football team and was designed in collaboration with Apex Circuit design over a number of years. The circuit itself is 5.41km long and Hard Rock Stadium sits directly in the middle of the new layout. There will be 19 turns and simulations predict a top speed of 320km/h and an average speed of 223km/h.
