Parkers Captured in Arizona courtesy of Hickory Police Dept. Parkers Captured in Arizona Earlier this afternoon (July 13), the United States Marshal Service located and arrested Tangela L. Parker and Eric C. Parker in Phoenix, Arizona after receiving tips concerning their location. No further information has been released. The two were wanted in connection to the January 2021 shooting death of 51-year-old Phelifa Michele Marlow at T.C.S. Designs on 9th Avenue N.E. in Hickory. The shooting was the result of a dispute between two T.C.S. Designs employees. A nationwide manhunt for the Parkers was launched with a reward offered for their capture. Tangela Parker was wanted for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. Eric Parker was wanted for accessory after the fact.
