Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- On January 13th, at approximately 8:20 AM, the United States Marshals Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force and the Effingham County Sheriff‘s Office served an arrest warrant on a residence at 817 N Main Street in Mason.
Taken into custody at the residence was 59–year–old Randall W. Sinclair. Sinclair was living in Mason after moving from Indiana. The arrest warrant is for intimidating a public official, and was issued in Vanderburgh County (Evansville), Indiana.
Sinclair was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held at the Effingham County Jail.
