Meet the Promising Future Superstar of the Buffalo Sabres
The NHL Draft has come and gone, and while the end was marred by controversy, the beginning was marked by celebration.
That celebration came in the form of the first overall pick, given to the Buffalo Sabres, who selected defenseman Owen Power to join their franchise. Standing at 6 5 and weighing over 200 pounds as a rookie, the Power on the back of his jersey is reflected in his play on the ice, and that trait is intriguing to a Buffalo franchise looking for.well, anything positive, frankly.
Power has been a star at every stop in his career to this point, and the Sabres are praying for that trend to continue.
