The Yellowstone County Unified Health Command held a press conference Thursday afternoon to provide more information on the county s upcoming mass vaccination clinic at Cedar Hall at MetraPark.
Those who wish to be vaccinated will have to have an appointment. To sign up people will have the option to go to covid.riverstonehealth.org or call (406) 651-6596. Sign ups will be open on the website starting at 1 p.m. Friday and phone lines will be open at 9 a.m. on Monday.

BUTTE â The wearing of face coverings in public places in Butte-Silver Bow remains mandated, under a Board of Health COVID-19 emergency rule adopted Dec. 22, 2020.
Butte-Silver Bow Health Officer Karen Sullivan underscored that on Wednesday, in the wake of Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte announcing he ll lift the statewide mask mandate, effective Friday.
In addition to the face-covering mandate, the Dec. 22 rule ordered 10 p.m. closure times at bars, restaurants, distilleries, breweries, casinos and gyms.
At a special meeting on Feb. 4, the Board of Health voted to lighten the closure restriction to 12:30 a.m. Remaining under the Dec. 22 rule is a requirement that establishments maintain 50 percent capacity. Also, those seeking to have a public gathering of more than 25 people require Health Department approval for the gathering.

BUTTE â The Butte-Silver Bow Health Department confirmed on Monday 11 additional COVID-19-related fatalities. Nine of the 11 fatalities occurred in November and December and were added to the Health Departmentâs fatality count due to a review of records and routine reconciliation of cases with state officials, according to Health Officer Karen Sullivan.
Two of the fatalities occurred in January. Six of the fatalities are associated with community members at large, while two are associated with Continental Care and Rehabilitation Center. One fatality is associated with each of the following care homes â The Springs at Butte, BeeHive Homes of Butte, and Crest Nursing Home.
