Neil Tester: Health integration must cement relationships with voluntary sector

The NHS discussion document says important things about joining up services around people across traditional health and social care divides, writes the director of the Richmond Group.
The Richmond Group brings together a range of major national charities which are all key players in England s health and care system. Better outcomes for people are what matter most to us, so we’ve been strong supporters of moves towards a truly integrated and collaborative approach over the past few years.

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is launching a £60m procurement in the hope that it can better manage staffing with the magic of software.
The proposed framework is set to be open to other NHS organisations, and offer a range of tools and solutions to deliver measurable improvements in all areas of workforce management, a tender document said.
The winning bidder is set to act as partner to support and facilitate a workforce transformation journey, it said.
