(CSE: BLGV) ( Belgravia Hartford , Belgravia or the Company ) announces that the Board has authorized the implementation of a consolidation (the Consolidation ) of the Company s common shares ( Shares ) on the basis of one (1) post-Consolidation Share for every ten (10) pre-Consolidation Shares, effective March 8, 2021 (the Effective Date ).
The Consolidation will result in the number of issued and outstanding common shares of the Company being reduced from 401,792,516 common shares to approximately 40,179,252 common shares on a non-diluted basis, and each shareholder will hold the same percentage of common shares outstanding immediately after the Consolidation as such shareholder held immediately prior to the Consolidation.
