Certain products and/or services offered by Univision Communications Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Univision”), including but not limited to univision.com, Univision NOW, the Univision APP, TUDN, PrendeTV and related apps, and other Univision streaming products and/or services, may fall within the scope of patents in the U.S. and elsewhere. This notice is provided to satisfy the virtual patent marking provisions of Section 16 of the America Invents Act and to further serve as notice under 35 U.S.C. §287(a).
