Friends, our nation remains divided on exactly who should be in charge these days. November was a long time ago and still, we are undecided, adrift, unable to agree on who should lead and who should admit this is quite simply not their time.
So, I ask you all to search deep within your hearts for the answer. Should it be Savannah Guthrie or Aaron Rodgers? And what of Dr. Mehmet Oz, the Andrew Yang style longshot whose âhat in the ringâ has many
Jeopardy! viewers saying, ânot even if the bum rang my doorbell and gave my family a thousand bucks a month.â
You have questions. I have some answers.
Q: Tom Hanks made a movie about being the captain of a destroyer escorting a convoy during World War II. I do not know the name of the movie, but I donât think it was ever released in theaters. I canât find it on Redbox or pay-per-view, and I cannot find it for purchase anywhere. Do you know what happened to this movie?
Answer: The name of the movie is âGreyhound,â and it is quite good. As you know, when the pandemic forced many movie theaters to shut down, studios began looking for other ways to get their productions in front of audiences, and streaming was one solution. So âGreyhoundâ ended up on the subscription service Apple TV+, where you can still find it (and where you can get a seven-day free trial).

Why is the majority of our media outlets smothering what is really going on at our border? I watch all the major news programs. What I find is the usual suspects CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC are doing their best to cover for President Biden and Vice President Harris. The aforementioned outlets are filling air time with COVID-19 news (getting better all the time) and the Derek Chauvin trial, and, oh yes, the Georgia voting law. You know the one on Jim Crow steroids. Why no outrage over media blackout?

As we know, âtheir house is a museum,â so when the annual charity bazaar comes up, matriarch Morticia (Carolyn Jones) offers to donate the original flogging table used by Ivan the Terrible. âJust picture the addition it would make to someoneâs home,â she croons.
