What advice would you give to someone who may be struggling with the isolation and/or the current unrest?
My advice to anyone strugglingâfirst of all, know that everything youâre feeling is valid. This is an incredibly stressful time, you are living through active trauma. True freedom is freedom of expression, honest emotion: Do not feel the need to âstiff upper lipâ this one. Treat yourself gently, be patient. There is no need to achieve anything; as weâve seen now, the fact that weâre breathing is, in itself, an achievement. Get outside if you can. Talk to friends and family as often as possible. Journal. What is your typical day like now?
Honestly, there is no typical day for me. Given that I am not on a regimented-type schedule, I can do what I please, which can be great and a few other times not so much. This time has allowed me to do things like acupuncture and physical therapy and have the time to let these positively affect me.

Someday, they’d be together, Wilson vowed to Reeves, sharing stages again, just as they’d done for decades.
Reeves and others in Motown’s tight-knit family were reeling Tuesday at news of Wilson’s unexpected death Monday evening in Henderson, Nevada, outside Las Vegas. The Clark County Coroner office told the Free Press she died of hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, a condition related to high blood pressure.
