Critical violations: Employee observed squeezing cut lemons in press without wearing gloves. Bare hands observed in contact with lemons. Juice discarded, employee advised to wear gloves while handling fruit that will be consumed without cooking process (corrected during inspection).
Employee observed working in kitchen without wearing a mask; customer observed being served without wearing mask properly. Advised staff that masks should be worn properly at all times in facility. Staff obtained and began wearing mask during inspection (corrected).
