Driver arrested on DUII charges after 3-month-old baby killed in Clatsop County crash Updated Feb 16, 2021; Facebook Share A 23-year-old Seaside man was arrested on multiple charges Monday after he crashed his car in Clatsop County, killing an infant in the vehicle. Oregon State Police responded to reports of the crash on Ecola State Park Road around 6 p.m., officials said. Investigators said they believe Rony Tomas-Garcia was driving southbound in a Mazda MZ3 when he veered off the road for unknown reasons, struck a tree and flipped the vehicle. The 3-month-old infant, whose identity was not released, sustained fatal injuries, officials said.
