1 Light Ohio Blue’s new Lifetime Achievement Award: Icon of Law Enforcement is named for its first recipient, Peter C. Tobin of Choctaw Lake. Tobin with the organization’s first Lifetime Achievement Award: Icon of Law Enforcement.
