Local men who failed to appear in court arrested during traffic stop
Both could face additional felony charges

A Cambridge man on the run for more than a year after failing to appear in court to face a felony drug charge was apprehended by Guernsey County sheriff s deputies Monday during a traffic stop in the city.
Ben Allen Harper, 45, was indicted by a Guernsey County grand jury on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, on Nov. 26, 2019.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 7, 2020, after he failed to appear for an arraignment hearing in the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court.
