(AP Photo/Tony Dejak)AP Facebook Share Rotunda Rumblings The doctor is out: Former Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton announced Tuesday she would not seek the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate in 2022, Seth Richardson reports. Rob Portman’s announcement he wouldn’t run again in 2022. The move seems to clear a path for Rep. Tim Ryan, who’s expected to run, although it could invite other Democrats considering the race to jump in.
