Washington’s “Shot of a Lifetime” lottery campaign, featuring a range of prizes and incentives designed to promote uptake of the COVID-19 vaccine, kicked off this week. Four weekly drawings of $250,000 will lead up to a $1 million grand prize drawing July 13.
