Developing vaccines against coronavirus is only part of the problem. The logistics of distributing the vaccine to millions is going to be a huge task, and convincing some of the population that they should get the vaccine is another.

JACKSON, Miss. (WDAM) - The Mississippi State Department of Health reported nearly 1,800 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state.
MSDH reported 1,784 new COVID-19 cases and 32 additional deaths Sunday.
Four new deaths were reported between Dec. 14-Jan. 2, while another 28 deaths were discovered during a review of death certificates between Nov. 7-Dec. 28, including two in Marion County and another in Jasper County.
The latest figures brought the state’s total cases and deaths since March to 222,061 and 4,871.

MSDH reported 1,891 new COVID-19 cases and 24 additional deaths Saturday, including two in Forrest County and another in Perry County.
The latest figures brought the state’s total cases and deaths since March to 220,277 and 4,840.
Positive test results may have been made during the past several days and represent individuals who became ill a week ago or more.

JACKSON, Miss. (WDAM) - The Mississippi State Department of Health reported nearly another 2,600 newly confirmed daily COVID-19 cases in the state.
MSDH reported 2,575 new COVID-19 cases and 29 additional deaths Friday.
Eleven new deaths were reported between Dec. 19-31, including one in Forrest County, while another 18 deaths were discovered during a review of death certificates between Nov. 11-Dec. 28.
The latest figures brought the stateâs total cases and deaths since March to 218,386 and 4,816.

JACKSON, Miss. (WDAM) - The Mississippi State Department of Health reports the number of confirmed daily COVID-19 cases in the state has topped 206,000.
MSDH reported 1,565 new COVID-19 cases and 41 additional deaths Sunday.
Four news deaths were reported between Dec. 22-24, while another 37 deaths were discovered during a review of death certificates between Dec. 4-23, including two deaths in each of Lamar and Wayne counties and another in Jones County.
