Conor McGregor is looking forward to Claressa Shields’ MMA debut next month, wishing the three-division boxing champion the best of luck ahead of her highly anticipated fight against Brittney Elkin at PFL 4.

A lawsuit brought by Borgata and its parent company, MGM Resorts International, against its Atlantic City competitor Ocean Casino Resort has been settled, according to a statement issued this week from MGM. The legal action revolved around Ocean hiring away Borgata marketing employees and having access to its trade secrets.

Borgata filed the court action in federal court last August. On April 24, the two sides “amicably resolved their disputes in a global settlement agreement whose terms will be largely fulfilled within … 120 … days,” according to a court document.

It wasn t the welcome to the PFL Usman was expecting as Sayles repeatedly struck him with leg kicks, tiring his opponent before knocking him down twice in the second round.
Both knockdowns were the direct result of a strong right hook to Usman s chin. He was able to recover from the first and get back to his feet, but the second one which came moments later put him in a daze. That allowed Sayles (6-1-0) to pull off a rear-naked choke just 3:42 into the second round and pick up a submission.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Atlantic City s top casino has dropped its lawsuit against a rival it accused of poaching key executives and attempting to steal valuable trade secrets.
MGM Resorts International, which owns the Borgata, said in a statement Friday it has dropped its litigation against Atlantic City s Ocean Casino Resort, following a settlement agreed to by both parties.
A court filing gave no details of the terms of the agreement other than that it was reached âamicably.â
Ocean has denied any wrongdoing.
But MGM Resorts said in a statement that, Ocean has agreed to honour Borgataâs restrictive covenants, including its non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions that are designed to protect Borgataâs trade secrets.â
