Hazaras want PM in Quetta

QUETTA: Top level negotiations continued between government emissaries and leaders of the Hazara protesters here till 2am where the government requesting that the dead are buried and the protesters asking for Prime Minister Imran Khan to come to console them before any burials.
The government side was represented by Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Zaidi, Adviser to PM on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfiqar Bukhari and NA Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri. They promised the protesters representatives that Prime Minister Khan would come to meet the relatives of the slain coal miners soon. They requested that the dead bodies must not be publicly displayed any longer and be buried as soon as possible.

QUETTA (Dunya News) - The families and relatives of ten slain miners, who were shot dead in Machh area of Balochistan province on Sunday, continue their sit-in on Quetta’s Western Bypass with dead bodies on fourth day (Wednesday).
The protesters have announced that their demonstration will continue until Prime Minister Imran Khan’s arrival, and dialogue will now only be held with the premier. Women, children and elderly persons are present in the sit-in.

PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz on Wednesday appealed to the Hazara community protesting at the Western Bypass to bury the slain coal miners and not wait for PM Imran Khan, calling him an insensitive and heartless man.
Taking to Twitter, Maryam said the murder of the coal miners was not a small tragedy. The whole nation shares your grief. My father and I are saddened too.
She asked the mourners to not wait for an insensitive and heartless man and appealed for the slain coal miners to be buried. May Allah (SWT) elevate their ranks in the hereafter and grant you patience.

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday urged the protesting members of Balochistan s Shia Hazara community to bury the bodies of the miners killed in a brutal attack in Mach, promising he would visit them very soon .
On Sunday, armed attackers slit the throats of 11 miners in a residential compound near a mine site in Balochistan s Mach coalfield area, filming the entire incident and later posting it online. The gruesome attack was claimed by the militant Islamic State (IS) group.
