Lafayette-based food delivery company Waitr is again partnering with NFL legend and former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
Brees was an original investor in Waitr in 2017. As part of the new partnership, Brees will help Waitr strengthen ties with the communities in its delivery network and will work to boost the company s relationships with its restaurant partners.
“I have always been a fan of the Louisiana-based Waitr brand and believe strongly in their team, Brees said in a press release. I’m excited to be back on board and looking forward to doing my part to help Waitr continue to grow throughout the country.
