STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, who was recently assigned to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, said her priority heading to Washington was coronavirus (COVID-19) relief – which was why, she says, it pained her to vote against the American Rescue Plan.
