March 12, 2021 Burlington, Ia- Authorities have announced the arrest of a Burlington man in connection with an ongoing narcotics investigation. On Thursday, March 11th, 2021 the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force along with the Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement (D, the Burlington Police Department, and the Des Moines County Tactical Response Unit (TRU) executed a search warrant on a residence in the 100-block of South 6th Street. 46-year-old Donald Demetric Gordon of Burlington (above) was arrested and charged with Possession with intent to deliver Methamphetamine, two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, and Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin.
