Bivens was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated and Reckless Driving, following an incident where he did leave the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident. Bivens was also issued UTT’s for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance.
