A2 Interiors Products has filed an application to withdraw the insolvency process initiated by the NCLT Delhi
Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has settled the payment issues with its operational creditor A2 Interiors Products and has sought the withdrawal of insolvency process initiated by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
The matter has been amicably resolved and settled with A2 Interiors Products, who has, in turn, filed for the withdrawal of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) with the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) and NCLT, Ahluwalia Contracts said in a statement.
“The steps to get the order set aside are in progress,” it added.

1. Cabinet has agreed to the introduction of the Local Government (Amendment) Bill into the National Assembly. The object of the Bill is to, inter alia, amend the Local Government Act so as to provide that, at any time, when:
(a) a period of public emergency is in force in Mauritius; and
PUTRAJAYA: The special Cabinet committee on anti-corruption discussed the need to amend the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act to act against those who sell government tenders and projects.
It was among the issues discussed during the meeting chaired by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Monday (April 19) here.
The Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Centre (GIACC) said the amendment was needed to boost integrity and transparency in government procurement and to deter the involvement of parties with vested interests such as cartels.
It said the meeting also agreed that the beneficiary ownership initiative must be expedited to ensure transparency in government procurement.
