After spending the first half of the one-week House hiatus huddled behind the closed doors of his office,
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be back on the radar today, courtesy of a midday appearance in the precinct, where, as per the official advisory, he’ll deliver an on-camera update on the ongoing pandemic alongside two mission-critical front benchers:
Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, who also serves as deputy prime minister
, and
Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne. (11:30 AM)
As is standard practice, the notice offers no clues on whether the trio will be announcing new policy or unveiling new measures.
