Happy Chinese New Year, Qatar Airways style
In traditional Qatar Airways style, the airline doesn’t hold back when it comes to a celebration. In honour of the Chinese New Year, the airline has introduced an oriental inspired menu on board flights to popular Asia destinations between 11 and 12 February 2021. In Qatar Airways’ Doha Al Mourjan Business Lounge, passengers will also have the opportunity to sample a range of Asian cuisine to celebrate the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar.

Qatar Airways has shared today that the trial is a crucial factor in the company’s vision to have a more contactless, secure, and smoother journey for its customers. The initial phase will start on the operator’s route from its home of Doha to Istanbul. With this process, passengers will be able to use the app to receive coronavirus test results and validate that they are eligible to travel.
The airline will be resuming services to Moscow, Russia, from March 2nd. Via its hub in Doha, the carrier will begin connecting once again with destinations such as Maldives and Zanzibar.
