NEW HAVEN, Conn State officials say they have noticed an uptick in vaccinations in recent weeks and the transmissibility of the Delta variant is the primary reason. So, for now, Gov. Ned Lamont is not issuing masking or vaccine mandates at the state level just. Lamont during an event at the Naval Submarine Base in Groton.
