Fifty-one-year-old Lowe-Garwood was shot dead during a worship session at the Agape Christian Fellowship Church in Falmouth, Trelawny on January 31.
Two other men are charged with her killing. They are: her stepson, 29-year-old Javan ‘Janoy’ Garwood, who is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder; and Dwight Bingham who is charged with murder, illegal possession of firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
Their cases are before the Trelawny Parish Court.

Hines attorney Michael Hemmings told
Loop News that the defence was in negotiations with the prosecution on a plea deal.
Hemmings said that Hines wants to help the court in the matter and that Hines was confident that whatever arrangement struck would be in his best interest as well.
Hines who was held in Kingston after the shooting is currently in custody.
