Jeremy Miller was arrested early Monday on warrants after Fayetteville police officers found him at Mazarick Park after the park closed. Jermaine Miller surrendered to lawmen later that same day, the Sheriff s Office said.
Bailey Murphy was booked into the Cumberland County Detention Center where he was immediately held without bail. His first appearance before a judge is Friday.
Bail for the Miller brothers was set at $300,000 each after they first appeared in court earlier this week. They remained in jail Thursday.

(Tribune News Service) A Fort Bragg soldier was arrested early this week on multiple child sex crime charges after deputies allegedly found him with a 12-year-old runaway, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
Pfc. Damien Isaiah Campbell, 20, is charged with three counts of statutory rape, five counts of statutory sex offense with a child and five counts of indecent liberties with a child, court records show.
He was arrested after Cumberland County deputies went to 7157 Maxwell Road at 12:20 a.m. Thursday to assist the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office in locating the girl, a news release from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s office said.
