A Cumberland County grand jury has indicted a South Jersey man in the May 2020 stabbing death of his neighbor.
Zachary T. Latham, 18, formerly of Vineland, was indicted Friday on second-degree charges of reckless manslaughter and two counts of aggravated assault in the killing of William T. Durham Sr., 51, a veteran state corrections officer.
