Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 3 : Bharatiya Janata Party National President J.P. Nadda has charged the ruling Communist Party Of India (Marxist) of turning the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) into a recruitment agency for inducting its party cadres.
