The San Antonio Police Department is allowing family members of Darrell Zemault Sr. to see its body camera footage nearly five months after he was killed in a fatal police confrontation.
On Sept. 15, Zemault, 55, was killed by San Antonio police officers in front of his West Side home. According to SAPD, officers were there to arrest Zemault on two family violence warrants. The department said the incident escalated as two officers tried to handcuff Zemault and he resisted.
