An April 1991 memo detailing Soviet ESP experiments has been declassified
The memo was released in November and published online on Monday
It shows how CIA agents believed Soviet scientists were successful with ESP

Approximately 2,780 pages of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) documents detailing the government entity’s findings on unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are now available for anyone to read and download.

Black Vault’s collection features UFO-related records declassified by the CIA since the 1980s. The site’s owner, John Greenewald Jr., obtained the newly digitized documents said by the CIA to represent the entirety of its UFO collection by filing a series of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
“The Black Vault spent years fighting for them, and many were released in the late 1990s,” writes Greenewald in a blog post. “However, over time, the CIA made a CD-ROM collection of UFO documents, which encompassed the original records, along with the ones that took years to fight for.”

The documents were made available to the public on the Black Vault, an online archive of declassified government documents.
The site’s founder, John Greenewald Jr., reportedly purchased from the CIA the disc containing the previously released UFO records as well as those the Black Vault was attempting to unseal.
According to reports, the massive trove of UFO data included some declassified documents dating back as far as the 1970s. But some of the documents were difficult to read and it was unclear what exactly they were used for.

That may not be the question of the hour, but it s definitely the question I keep asking myself, especially with the recent news from the CIA. The Central Intelligence Agency released all of their records on UFOs in early January, or so they claim.
This got me thinking about whether or not Iowa is a big state for alien or UFO encounters, and apparently they are. There were three reported sightings of unidentified flying objects on January 19th
alone, according to the National UFO Reporting Center. These three cases had nothing to do with each other, and the reports from witnesses lead me to believe that these instances are entirely unrelated.
