Nick Jonas finds safe orbit for Spaceman | Chuck Campbell
Nick Jonas lives a charmed life. He’s a wildly successful pop star, as a solo act and in a group with his brothers, he’s got a solid acting career rolling, he’s got his hands in any number of business deals, he’s a philanthropist, and he’s been married to Priyanka Chopra since 2018. Plus, he’s made it to 28 with no major scandals.
The “problem” with his stable life and long-term relationship is there’s not much tension to fuel his “Spaceman.”
His new release is a glossy, easy-on-the ears collection featuring midtempo numbers with traces of R&B and infectious hooks as Jonas gamely plays along, tastefully employing his falsetto at all the right moments.
