Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal laid foundation stone of Science City for popularising science and technology at the grassroots. The Science City would be built for a total expenditure of Rs. 184 crore covering an area of 250 bighas of land and roads, drainage system etc. have already been completed there by the government.

Guwahati: Assam to come up with of Science City at Tepesia in the outskirts of the Guwahati with an expenditure of Rs 184 Crore.

ITANAGAR: With the theme East meets West , Arunachal Pradesh will proudly march in the Republic day tableau parade 2021.
This time, Wancho s wooden log drum Kham and the Chakzam Bridge at Tawang will be on display.
This final selection was done by the Ministry of Defence, after a series of meetings.
Meanwhile, the Assam tableau will showcase the tea garden of the state. The theme of the tableau of Assam is Assam tea- the backbone of India s economy.
