Financier Bill Gross is in a legal battle with his tech entrepreneur neighbor
They live in multimillion-dollar mansions overlooking the ocean in Laguna Beach
Gross, 76, installed a $1million Dale Chihuly art sculpture in his garden
Mark Towfiq objected when, this summer, Gross put a large net over it
Towfiq says the netting blocks his expensive and expansive Pacific Ocean view
Gross, angered by the complaint, has been blasting Mariachi music at night
The case is currently progressing through the California Superior Court
Gross had called on Towfiq to settle the case by both of them donating their legal fees to charity
