CALIFORNIA - Included in Gov. Gavin Newsom s Covid-19 Relief package is an allowance for the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) to waive license fees for eligible businesses.
In Chico, about 200 bars and restaurants could receive a waiver. Sales have been great, said Woodstock s General Manager Lauren Davis. But I think this will just make an impact with making it more recognized. And hopefully, this will make it so the state opens up a little more with having indoor dine-in, she added.
