Regional housing needs back before Solano supervisors, mayors FAIRFIELD A public hearing will be conducted by the City-County Coordinating Council on the Solano Subregional Regional Housing Needs Assessment. The council, comprised of the county Board of Supervisors and the seven mayors, meets in the virtual session at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The draft methodology, which is used to determine housing needs across income levels throughout the county, then goes to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for a 60-day review.
